Vaibhav Jain

Vaibhav Jain started his career as an Associate Lawyer, enrolled as "Attorney” under Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks" and "Associate Member of High Court of Delhi". I strongly believe and emphasise that learning makes a man experience rich and eloquent which creates value and precision. With the pace of time, he has been a part of various firms which gave me a diversified learning in the field of Taxation, Compliances, Liasioning and Litigation.

Vaibhav has also been participated in RERA learning and Research program held in 2020. At Present, he is the Managing Partner of Scorpious Legal & Corporates along with three of his Colleagues cum partners which provides value and various segments to his firm. The firm comprises of different segment namely corporate litigation, Labour Law, Mergers and Acquisition, Insolvency and Bankruptcy code, Taxation matters, RERA Registrations and other matters, including various registration and liasioning with various departments.
