Rishindra Vikram Singh, graduated in B.A., LL.B Hons. with specialization in Energy Laws from School of Law, University of Petroleum & Energy Studies, Dehradun. He also completed a Summer Course in International Law from The Indian Society of International Law and is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh.
During the course of his graduation, he has been actively participating in various debate competitions, Moot Courts, International Model United Nations Conference, National Youth Parliaments, Policy Summits. He has also been the Mentor and Member of the Judging panel of various National Level Debates and International Conferences throughout India. He has fine oratory skills in addressing large numbers of gatherings on different occasions in various colleges and universities throughout India.
In the past he has worked in rendering legal advice and drafting of legal documents in relation to contract management for infrastructure projects across a variety of sectors including highways, heritage buildings etc. He was also involved in handling the litigation & arbitration matters in the areas of infrastructure laws & general commercial laws. Currently, he is working with Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory and has been the torch bearer in rendering legal advice on the topics of Real Estate and has drafted around 1500 judgments of the cases.
