Anand Verma

Anand Verma is a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India holds a Law Degree along with Master’s Degree in Commerce. He has more than 12 years of experience in the field of Corporate Law, Real Estate, FEMA, IPR, winding up & insolvency.

Mr. Verma is Founder & Managing Partner of the Legal Consultancy Firm “TEAM LEGAL” with its head office in Noida. Mr. Verma is also founder director of a legal ed-tech startup “LETS’ LEARN LAW” which is also recognized by DPIIT. He holds the prestigious membership of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry IP Forum.

Mr. Verma during his tenure as Company Secretary in the office of Official Liquidator attached with Hon’ble Delhi High Court, had exposure to handle independently Legal and Company Law matters of more than twentyfive companies in liquidation including NBFC’S Companies in Compulsory Liquidation and also handled matters of Voluntary Liquidation
